Cancellation Policy

We understand our patients have busy life's and that occasionally you will be forced to cancel an appointment. To ensure a smooth efficient service for yourself and others we would ask that at least 24 hours notice be given to cancel appointments.

If the appointment is cancelled with 24 hours notice we will make no charge, and reschedule your appointment at a time more convenient to you.

Each year a certain amount of surgery time is lost to appointments canceled at short notice. If we are unable to reschedule that time we have to pass this cost on to our patients, we can avoid this if we have the required 24 hours notice.
